We are seeking a friendly and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team in Lington & Bernie Consulting Limited
Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment of clinical and non-clinical staff.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Track probation periods and performance reviews.
Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programs.
Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
Handle employee grievances and escalate complex issues to the Hospital Administrator.
Promote a positive work environment and staff engagement.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
Support audits and inspections related to HR matters.
Liaise with the finance department on payroll inputs.
Administer employee benefits and leave management.
Prepare monthly HR reports for management review.
Track HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and training hours.
Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Not less than 2-years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
