RIsk Desk needed To assess the holistic status of compliance requirements in line with all statutory, external regulatory body requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies and procedures.
Responsibility
- GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Risk-Based Due Diligence.
2. Policy Development & Compliance Controls.
3. 3rd Party Activity Monitoring and Audits.
4. Issue Management & Remediation.
5. Reporting & Escalation 3rd Party issues.
6. Training, Awareness & Role Clarity.
7. Compliance Governance & Continuous Improvement.
8. Ensuring 3rd Party Compliance with Internal Policies
9. Performing Risk Based Audits on 3rd Party Contracts and Agreement.
10. Coordinating 3rd Party Audits (COSO, ICFR, ITGC, EQA etc)
