Job description

A Front Desk Officer serves as the primary representative of an organization, responsible for welcoming visitors and managing the first point of contact to ensure a professional and hospitable environment. They balance high-level customer service with essential administrative support, including call management, appointment scheduling, and the efficient coordination of office correspondence to maintain smooth daily operations.

Responsibility

  • Guest Relations: Greet and welcome visitors, direct them to the appropriate person or office, and manage visitor logs and security badges. Communication Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and handle both physical and digital correspondence (mail, packages, and emails). Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, maintain office calendars, and assist with tasks like filing, data entry, and document preparation.
