Job Summary
Our client is a financial services company seeking to fill the role of Direct Sales Agents. The key duty of the successful applicants will be to aggressively acquire customers and achieve sustained deposit growth across the entire retail segment, with emphasis on the mass and upper mass market, SME and Enterprises.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the bank’s customer acquisition targets are achieved
  • Ensure that card sales targets are achieved
  • Drive initiatives required to achieve the product marketing and sales strategy
  • Drive initiatives required to achieve the product marketing and sales strategy
  • To aggressively acquire customers and achieve sustained deposit growth across the entire Retail segment
  • Responsible for monitoring and coordinating the performance and sales activities of the DSAs for all the products
  • Ensure that card sales targets are achieved
  • Recommends changes in products by evaluating results and competitive development
  • Prompt resolution of customers complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
  • Ensure that the bank’s customer acquisition targets are achieved

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Grow Demand Deposits
  • Grow Savings Deposits
  • Grow Domiciliary/Other Deposits
  • Grow New Account opened
  • Grow Dormant Accounts Ratio
  • Branch Training to be Conducted Per Quarter

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualification BSC/HND degree in any field
  • Credit in English Language
  • Minimum of 1 year post-graduate experience
  • Other relevant experience (e.g. FMCG) will be a plus
